Lumily COVID-19 Update

As the world adapts to the effects of COVID-19 you are in our thoughts.  Lumily is committed to protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community.  


Thanks to your support, we have donated over 500 masks to underserved and vulnerable communities in the San Diego area and have sent food donations to our artisans in Guatemala and Mexico to help them get through this time. 

Our warehouse will remain open with our passionate and dedicated team working hard to fulfill orders. We continue to make the health and safety of our employees a top priority by implementing the highest safety standards -including social-distancing policies, frequent handwashing, and staying home when sick. We have also increased the level and frequency of our sanitization practices. 


Will my order arrive on time?

Due to the extreme care and safety precautions we have put in place, as well as COVID-19-related industry slowdowns beyond our control, there may be a slight delay on your recent order. Although we’re doing everything in our power to make sure your packages arrive as soon as possible, we’ve temporarily extended our delivery timeframes by 1-2 days to adjust to these new circumstances. Please note that when you place an order, there may be a short period before you’re able to track it, due to delays with USPS.
