Where is Lumily located?
Our US office is located in San Diego, California. All of our products are shipped from Guatemala, Mexico, and Thailand to our warehouse in San Diego, where they are then shipped to you.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Please contact us at 619.955.6267 or email@example.com within 15 days of receipt of the item(s) to let us know of the damage or defect and to begin the return process. We may request to see a photo image of any damaged or defective items, so that we can share this feedback with our artisan groups and prevent this issue from arising in the future. We will send a replacement(s) or issue a refund/credit for the damages after review. For returns related to damaged or defective items, Lumily will incur shipping costs for domestic customers.
For quality issues arising after customer purchase and use, please contact us within 30 days of customer purchase or 60 days of your invoice. We may request to see a photo as explained above. We will send a replacement(s) or issue a refund/credit for the damages after review.
