The "Green Friday" campaign begins on November 20th, 2023, and ends at November 28th.

Participation: The "Green Friday" campaign is exclusively applicable to online store purchases and FAIRE.

Discount Offers:

For Wholesale Customers (Shopify):

1. A 25% discount over the wholesale price is offered on all items in the Clearance section. (No code)

For Faire Marketplace

1. A 20% off for all items in the Clearance Collection (80 items)

For Retail Customers

1. 50% discount on all items within the Clearance section (No code)
2. A 25% discount is available for all other products (No code).
   

Terms and Conditions:

2. Discounts and Discount Codes During the Campaign, we offer discounts on selected products based on the following tiers and categories. No discount code is required for participation in this campaign. 3. Eligibility The Campaign is open to both wholesale and retail Customers. Discounts will vary based on the product category and Customer type, as mentioned in the previous section. Discounts percentages communication for both retail and wholesale customers are based on MSRP.
4. Promotion Duration The Campaign will commence on October 8th, 2023, and conclude on October 31th, 2023. Discounts will only be applicable to purchases made within this period.
5. Discount Usage: Discounts provided as a part of this campaign are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. They can only be used to purchase Lumily's Limited Edition Collection during the campaign duration.
6. Limited Quantity: The Limited Edition products are available in limited quantities, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Lumily does not guarantee product availability throughout the entire campaign period.
7. Exchanges and Returns Product exchange and return policies during the Campaign follow the same guidelines as regular purchases from Lumily. Customers should refer to our exchange and return policies on our website before making a purchase.
8. Modification or Cancellation of the Campaign We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Customers who have already made purchases and used discount codes will retain the benefits obtained.
9. Compliance with Terms Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification of the Customer and revocation of granted discounts.

1. Eligibility: To participate in the Giveaway hosted by Lumily LLC ("Lumily"), participants must meet the following criteria:

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
